# Inviting Team Members Grow your team by inviting colleagues via email. Invited members join for free — the team plan covers their access. > [!quote] No Extra Cost for Members > Invite your team and they're ==covered by your plan==. No individual subscriptions needed. ## Sending an Invitation 1. Open the **Team Dashboard** and go to the **Members** tab 2. Click **Invite Member** 3. Enter the invitee's email address 4. Choose their role — **Member** or **Admin** 5. Click **Send** The invitee receives an email with a link to accept. ## What Happens When They Accept - **Existing users** — sign in and they're added to the team immediately - **New users** — create a free account, then they're added automatically > [!note] No pricing page > Invited team members skip the pricing page entirely. They sign up for free and land straight in the app with access to all team books. ## Roles | Role | Permissions | |---|---| | **Admin** | Full access — manage members, books, billing, API keys, webhooks | | **Member** | Access team books, view members, read activity | The team creator is always an admin. Admins can change any member's role. ## Managing Invitations ### Pending Invitations View pending invitations in the **Members** tab under "Pending Invitations". Each shows the email, role, and expiry date. ### Revoking an Invitation Click **Revoke** next to any pending invitation to cancel it. The invite link will no longer work. > [!tip] Invitation expiry > Invitations expire after **7 days**. If someone misses the window, simply send a new one. ## Removing a Member 1. Go to the **Members** tab 2. Click **Remove** next to the member 3.
